JOCKEY CLUB BALL. One of the most successful and enjoyable evenings held this year was the Unanimous opinion expressed at tbe Racing Club hall held during Last week. About 300 dancers participated to continuous music from two orchestras and the Parryphone. Mr W. Jamieson proved, as on previous occasions, a very capable master of ceremonies. Mr H. Parry on behalf of the Club undertook the conductorship and the ladiescommittee provided a very excellent supper, the whole function being a very meritous performance. Dancing concluded at 2.30 a.m. In response to numerous requests the management have decided to hold another ball later in the year. An up portunity will be given at this function for debutantes to be presented which should be an interesting and attractive ceremony.
