SYDNEY, April 21.
Tl% N.S.W. Premier, Mr Stevens, addressing 600 delegates from all pari* of the State, at the second general convention of United Australia Party, showed the extent to which conditions in (New 'South Wales have improved isince dhe Lang Government vacated office.
Referring to th e chaotic conditions of .a year ago, Mr Stevens said : “Todr.y, the only appearance of that kind of thing is the unrepentant exPremier (Mr Lang) who is so foolish as to boast the outrages he Lad tried to perpetrate.”
