SYDNEY, April 21
The Federal Cabinet meeting at Sydney, discussed the terms of the proposed Australian-New Zealand trade treaty, giving detailed examination to the proposals for the treaty, which will he submitted to Parliament almost immediately. Strict secrecy is being maintained regarding its provisions, but it can bo .stated authoritatively that it provides for the the raising by New Zealand of its embargo on Australian fruit and vegetables upon certain conditions, the most controversial ot which is the Dominion’s request for the removal by Australia of its quarantine embargo’on New Zealand potatoes.
