The “Daily. Telegraph’s” political correspondent says ; A hurriedly summon-
ed .Cabinet meeting decided if sentences of imprisonment are passed on t-ne British prisoners that swift action be
taken in accordance with the Russian Goods Import Prohibition Act. • Authority in the matter was delegated ,t,o Sir John Simon. It was .stated that the accused - men have no right of appeal, if convicted.
