The following sentences were- imposed, in the Supreme- Court, on prisoners who had pfen-efed guilty i-.i the lower Court; -Richard geddou Templeman, theft, three months’ imprisonment ; John Page Lawrence, indecent assault six months’ imprisonment- -on each of 14 charges, to be cumulative ;. Alexander McCuish, breaking, entering and theft, three months’ imprisonment; John Niven A lurch, theft of a motor car. 12 months’ probation • 'Robert Pc ill Franklin, theft of a motor 'car,, two years’ -'probation; George Francis Mureh, theft of a nipjg>r par,* apddjEvesßaMy';Nitciang and theft, two yeans’ probation. .
