SALES TAX PAYMENTS EVADED

PERTH, April 4
Charges of having evaded payment of the sales tax, under the 'Salts Tax Amusement Act, were admitted in the Police Court.
The charges were Did against Sara and Cook, Limited, wholesale film, John Stephen, manager of the firm. The fines totalled £2096.
