FRENCH PLAN

EUROPEAN PEACE

SUBMITTED TO CABINET TO-DAY.

/United Preso Association—7)y Electrio

Telegraph—Copyright.)

PARIS, April 4. *

The French Foreign Minister, M. Paul Boncour, hopes to have the French Peace Pact plan ready for submission to the Cabinet on Wednesday, after, which it is to be communicated to the other Governments.

France has no desire-to reject the idea of the Pact, but she disapproves of_ the present draft for a Pact. The new scheme will be based on both the Italian and th© British proposals, but it seems probable that it has been inspired chiefly by the British proposal, which, it is believed', provides for Poland and the Little Entente being drawn into consultation when any questions concerning them arise.

The scheme is also likely to modify the proposals for German military equality and for Treaty revision.
