400 INDIAN NATIONALISTS. (United Press Association—By Electric Tclograph—C^Pytigl'U) CALCUTTA, March 31, Over four hundred Indian National Congressmen have been ®rrested at Calcutta when making an attempt to hold the banned annual conference of the Congress. A decline of the Indian National Congress campaign is evidenced oy figures showing that the total number of the political prisoners throughout India at the end of February was 13,674, a decrease of 5,273 compared with the members a year ago. CALCUTTA FREE FROM DISORDER CALCUTTA, March 31. Up to seven to-night there was no sign of disorder in Calcutta. The streets were patrolled by the police.
