It is estimated that nearly six hundred Wa/.ir tribesmen from both sides of the Indo-Afghan frontier were kiiled, and a large number wounded in clashes with the Afghan Government forces in tho recent rebellion, in the Ivh'Cst district. The situation is now reported to be under control.
