DRIVER KILLED
ENGINE PLUNGES INTO GULLY.

HAMILTON, March 28.
William McLean, a married man, an engine driver employed ot the Wilton Collieries, wheti making up the train at nine o’clock this niorning, was killed, The train got out of control, and, after negotiating five miles of line plunged into a gully on leaving the line at a curve.
Deceased was the only man aboard
