SAN FRANCISCO, March 25.
A new trial for Thomas J. Mooney was ordered on'Saturday by Superior Judge Loyisli Ward, oh the plea of the attorney for the defence that he should be given the chance to acquit himself of bombing in San Francisco during the Preparedness Day in 1916.
