Few men who were famous when Queen Victoria- died 82 years ago survive. Of the great Queen’s children three are" still living Princess Louise. Duchess of Argyll, the Duke or Connaught, end Princess Beatrice. The survivors of Her Majesty’s Cabinet Ministers are also three —the Earl cf Se-1 borne, -the Earl 0 f Middleton and the Earl of Eklfpur (formerly Air Gerald Balfour) who were n-t the time of her death, respectively First Lord cf the Admiralty, War Secretary, and president of the Board of Trade.
