M. Vishinsky, the public prosecutor, states that the Metropolitan Vickers accused employees are charged with giving and taking bribes and with destroying electrical power stations on. special instructions from some third party. Nothing was said regarding a fourth Vicker’s employee, named MacDonald in the Soviet’s communication to Vickers regarding bail..
