Dougl'as Fairbanks, Jr., lately starred in “Gentleman for a Day'' and' “It’s Tough To Be Famous,” comes to the Princess Theatre again to-night in “Love is a Racket,” a First National picture, in which the young star appears as a. wise Broadway reporter. , /

Doug. Jr., has rapidly come to the top of the list df popular stars for his portrayals of contemporary types of young heroes. - As the reporter in “Dove is a Racket,” Doug, writes of the doings, love affairs and quarrels of Broadway’s great and near-great. He himself becomes involved in a love affairs of the type he writes about, in spite of his -supposed widom and knowledge of the gay white way. The reporter’s love affair, however, turns out different for him. He becomes embroiled in a series of happenings which lead to an exciting climax.

The story is fast-paced and modern in plot, action and setting. The cast brings youth and charm to the story, as well a,g the definite talents which have brought the young players to screen heights. Playing leading roles with young Fairbanks, Jr., are Ann Dvorak, Lee Tracey, Frances Dee, Lysle Talbot, Warren Hymer and Andre Luguet.
