'DEATH OP “KING” SOLOMON. CAPE TOWN, March 6. Solomon,, Paramount Chief of the Zulus, died* in the marquee in which he was hea'rjng a tribal dispute. He was born at. Sib. Helena during the banishment of. his father, Dinizulu. H e came 'to : Zulu land in 1898. ' He had ,sixty-four wives.
His body, wrapped in blankets, was taken to the royal kraal at. Nongguma.
