MEETING OF PARISHIONERS. QUESTION OF THE NEW CHURCH > By a. majority of five a -congregational meeting of All Saints’ Church members decided last flight to defer fora. further five years the consideration 1 , of building new church. It will be remembered that abo«t three years ago, a similar meeting, after approving plans, instructed! the church officers to call for tenders and proceed with the building. - Owing to the illnessl of the chief promoter of the scheme, these instructions were, ignored, and a meeting of two years: ■ago agreed to wait two years. , The congregation will now incur,,an additional expenditure of approximately £IOO, which will be the cost, of reconditioning the present building, a. charge which cannot he debated to the building fund. ' ■
