Stipendiary Stewards announced to-day that they had disqualified AV. Foul sham (trainer), Victor Ne-whouse (bookmaker) and Jas. Trvskett (trainer), for twelve months, for alleged improper conduct in connection with the scratching of Golden Lullaby in. the Moonee Valley Welter on February 7th. The parties are understood to be appealing.
