Coates said to-day that over counter sales of New Zealand denatures and inscribed stock, also th© •eurrtnfc issue of post office certiffcates, had been withdrawn from issue ns from February '2Bth. This action had-been taken in view of the pending 'conversion, operations, it being ctoiicfjfored desirable to keep the market clear of any new issue, until the major scheme is at least well on the way.
