A Hyde Park) (New York) message states the President-elect, Mr Roosevelt, has completed his Cabinet with the announcement to-night of the appointment of »• Miss Frances Perkins, the Ney York State Commissioner of Labour, p.s lbs secretary of Labour, and Mr Daniel Roper,' of South 'Carolina, his secretary for Commerce. Mr Roosevelt broke precedent with his selection of Miss Perkins. It is the first time a woman has been choson for the Cabinet.
