The eleventh annual. conference of tlie 53rd New Zealand District Rotary International opened to-day. delegates lieng present from all pa its of the Dominion. Rotary international was officially represented bv Mr G. 1 • Birks (Sydney.- vice-president). The gathering includes Mr H. Yader, the Hitivijug district, governor. • ■The delegates were welcomed by Mr AY. G. 'lila-ck, president of the PalineTutcu.
