AMONG CANADIAN RAILWAYMEN (United Press Association—By Electric Telegi aph—Copyright.) MONTREAL, February 21. The twenty per cent, cut in wages*, to be effective on March 1, has l>e< n rejected by a referendum of thirty thousand of .the running trades workers- of both the Canadian railways, according to an announcement -by the Union officials. In the event of overtures failing for . further negotiations, by the railway authorities, a -strike* ballot will be called.
