GERMAN ARRESTS
ON JIURMJR CHARGE

(Received Feb. 24 at 8.30 a.m.) DORTMUNT), February 23. Suspected .of being the chief culprit, in, the plots to murder women here,. August Schulte, a labourer, was arrested at Uroinui, on the Dutcli frontier, and will, he charged with the murders of Friuiseha.ro and Emma Schneider. Two men already detained, have confessed that they assisted Schulte to murder these women, and affirm that he 'was the master mind in the plots; ; Both victims were lured to Dortmund by advertisements for a servant.
