WELLINGTON, February 24. In the Legislative Council yesterday the Small Farms (relief of unemploymeat) Bill was passed w,th amendmeats, giving further protection to the rights of mortgagees. In the House of Representatives the day was devoted to . local Bills of which five were passed. The House rose at 11.30 p.m.
