WELLINGTON, February 22. When the name of Hector George Thirkell, described as manager of the v Richmond Butter Coy., Dixon Street, was called to-day at the Supreme Court in connection with an applica- "’! tion for discharge from bankruptcy, the Official Assignee said that he understood that Thirkell’s clothing has been found on Brighton Beach, and it was assumed that he had been drowned., . ; 7 His Honour thought that, in the circumstances, he should adjourn the matter sine die to be brought on at seven days’ notice. - '■
