North ’(Conservative) moved in favour of bringing all greyhound tracks under the control of a board and the legalising of the totalizator on 'them. Provided that the net profits *->went to the board, and that the number of race meetings was limited. Hon. Oliver Stanley, on behalf of the Government, admitted there was conoid enable anxiety in regard to the growth of tote chibs. I lie' Royal Commission had been asked to present an interim Tenor! on the question of the total isators. The motion was carried.
