Schn c .e, formerly Governor of German East Africa, urged the return of .her colonics which Germany had peacefully won and consolidated. This was a matter of life and death to Germany, involving supplies of colonial raw products, securing new export markets, and finding new lands for Germany’s superfluous unemployed.
