A winter sports meeting for the South Island secondary schoolboys and girls will he held at the Mount Cook Hermitage in the May holidays this year. The organising committee, which includes representatives of. Timnru, Dunedin, and Christchurch schools, has obtained a special offer from the Mount Cook Tourist Coiru pany. The boys’ meeting will last from May 6th to May 16th,. and the girls’ meeting from May 16tli to May 24th. Individual championships will he arranged, as well as slalom, downhill, and relay races.
