The annual meeting commenced today of the Council of the New Zealand Architects’ Institute, Air H. Mandeno (Dunedin) presiding. It was decided to send a message to the Gov-ernor-General, affirming the Institute’s loyalty, and expressing appreciation of his patronage. Owing to the prevailing circumstances, no official opening was held, the conference proceeding straight to busines.
