Railway services in the west were dislocated following heavy rains. Creeks and river* rose to an, alarming extent and covered the lines. One river is seventeen feet over the bridge and'.still -'rising. The Georgia*. River is-in the Highest flood for years, and still rising rapidly. Nine inches of rain fell at Roulia in twelve bows, and more rain is imminent. -
