At the "City Council meeting tonight, the Mayor, Air Black, presented j>he Royal Humane Society’s certificate to Neil Crichton for his courage in rescuing two young men from a dangerous position 200 I‘eet up on Paritutu Rock, near New Plymouth, on June 14th, 1931.
