SLEEPLESSNESS
'•lf a census, wer© taken of persons troubled with sleeplessness or disturbed rest during tlh© night, the figures would show' an amazingly high total. Yet how few amongst that number realise that such trouble is frequently caused by an overloaded stomach and excessive strain on the digestive organs. Often a hearty meal is e aten at night accompanied by tea coffee or s other beverage, and with the consequent feeling of drowsiness ■which invariably follows, the impulse 1 !) go to bed is readily responded to. It is unefer such •conditions that restlessness ■and disturbed sleep often occur, wtiich troubles can be easily overcom e if the proper treatment is followed. A dorse of ‘Bisurated’ Magnesia, taken the last
thing at night will quickly ensure- relied from the feeling of fullness and stomach discomfort, b\ aiding the digestive organs to promptly carry out their normal function, with the result that quiet and restful sleep will ensue.
