DECREASE IN THE REVENUE. CALCUTTA, Feb; 14. The depressed state of Indian trade last year, which aggravated the. difficulties of the political situation, is reflected in the gross railways’ earnings which decreased by over £6,538,000, compared with the previous year’s total.
