The motion of tihe Hon. William Duff, calling for an endeavour to negotiate' ra reciprocal trade agreement with the United States, has been reintated on the House of Commons order paper, after it s removal through Mr Duff’s absence. It seeks to exchange Canadian fish and farm products for manufactured goods and oil.
