PRINCE OF WALES "EXPLAINS LONDON, Peb. 10. The Prince of Wales at the Argentine dinner, speaking partly in ppanish, welcomed the mission and said “Argentina’s future is a question of beef and the future of beef may be entirely dependent on the British market, which Argentina requires, while Britain wants security for her investments and an increasing market foi her goods.” The Prince of Wales denied that Britain had ignored Argentina’s interests at Ottawa. “The' Ottawa agreements did not preclude negotiations with other countries and Argentina is one of the first countries we desire to negotiate with-.”
