MOTORING FATALITY

CHRISTCHURCH, January 30. As the result of a car plunging over a 30 feet bank -on the Stonyhui'st Road in North Canterbury, Shirley Jean Waller, aged three and a half, was fatally injured.

Mr E. C. Waller, his wife, and four children were en route to Happy Valiev to spend the week-end wh e ii the accident occurred. Waller (suffered a fractured shoulder, and Mr s Waller and th e oth e i- three children cuts and bruises.
