LONDON, January 24
The public, examination in bankruptcy of Robert Sieyer,-' showed liabilities of £4689, assets £55. He admitted four -previous, failures, from which he had- been discharged. He lias been in the hands of money lenders since 1929. He attributed his insolvecy to .lack of remunerative employment, and depreciation in the value ol bloodstock.
