At New Plymouth Sir Charles Kingsford Smith has had remarkable success with his commercial flying. On Sunday he established a record for Australia or New Zealand. In the event of the establishment of a trans-Tasman service by some multi-engined machine, .Smith estimated that the probable fare would be £lB to £2O.
