EXPULSION OF UNDESIRABLES. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received Jan. 17th. 'at 8,a.m.) MOSCOW, January 16. Eight hundred thousand of Moscow's two and a half million population will 'be expelled under the new passport system. The “undesirables” will be given ..days,, to leave . the city. Persons Taj’rjying in the cities without permission.-, will be expelled within twenty-four hours. The outcasts must move at their own expense.
