DUNEDIN, January 14

The Police Court was crowded yesterday afternoon when Leslie Van.? Harvey, who has become well-known in Dunedin during the last few years ns an accomplished organist and appeared on two charges of indecent assault oil males. Th e dates mentioned in the charges were June 13, 1931, and April 30, 1932. The first witness wHa’ youth aged sixteen, who was employed as a lolly boy, and on leaving that employment, was offered a. job as r-ouse-about at accused’s place fl t Fairfield. The case wag adjourned till Monday.
