AT WANGANUI.

WANGANUI, January 16
Approximately 27,000 bales were offered at to-day’s wool sales. Competition was keen up to the limit compared with Napier. Prices were very firm. Bellies arid piece? were secured b.V French buyers, and along with Australia, Germany secured a large portion of the “offering, while Bradford was also active. Passings were few. A big quantity ,of held over wool was disposed of. * v .. v ” .
