SECRECY OBSERVED AT DOORN.
LONDON, December 23. The special correspondent of the “Daily Mail” at Doom sa'ys that, since the discovery of an armed truder in Doom Casfle, where the exKaiser Las $ been living since lie abdicated the German throne, tlie greatest precautions are being taken to prevent the outside world from knowing what is happening inside the castle. All servants and officials are bound by oath not to reveal the smallest detail of what goe s on and the slightest slip or indiscretion is punished by instant dismissal. ■
