Trailing. .College last (December and also those who have b e en through th© College earlier. The numbe r i s about, the same as last year.'; The. rationing scheme in force last year will be continued thiq year on similar line©, and 1 .ex-students wO be selected for work as nearly as possible according to the following .plan:— First term.—(a) Ex-student;-, of 1931 or earlier, (b) Division .C ..students,, (c) best grad e d then .not placed. ■Second term.—(a) Ex-fstudents not employed during first term, (b) -best graded then not placed. - > Third term.—(a) Ex-students who hav,© had least wplß during th e year, (b) best graded then not placed. Place of residence and 'suitability for the position' will naturally be factors governing appointments. • • • , The salary', payable to teachers employed in a- probationary assistant’s Grade T position, or an additional assistant’s position, will be at the rate of £IOO, plus a boarding 'allowance of' £36, it such teacher is ooliged to live a-v/av from home, or travelling afituvano© if living more than four miles from the school. Relieving teachers doing mote important* work will be paid hisrher rate© according '■ to their classification:
