In the fact that , she was only ten weeks old, Jeannie Watson Ainsworth died last night under unusual circumstances. :The mother of the child told tine coroner that she took the baby to bed with her last evening. An older child, aged 2 5 years, slept, at the foot of the bed.

She fed the baby and then fell asleep On awakening this morning she found the baby, had fallen head first into a kerosene tin beside the bed which contained water. A doctor was called, and artificial respiration for. an hour was unavailing. The inquest was odjourned.
