| Late oil Tuesday night or early -on Wednesday morning a moto r vehicle collided with a horse near Kanieri. The horse was shockingly injured,, one [ leg ‘being broken, while the entrails j "’ore protruding. Apparently the dt'ivj or of the vehicle made no stop after the collision, for the animal when found was several hundred yards away from wh e re the accident occurred, blood bespattering the roadway along which it had hobbled.
