GREYMOUTH, December 23.
The Canterbury boy’s representative touring team s played two matches at Greymouth yesterday, both being won by the local players. Canterbury A wer e defeated by the Technical team. The latter scored 274 (Marshall 103 retired, Ashby 68, Rose 48 retired, Tindaje 33). White took 4 for 56. Canterbury totalled 120 (White \52, Rennie 20 not out). Hodgkmson took i 7 for 44.
Marist Bros, beat Canterbury B by 60 rung on the first innings. Mar'ste declared with five down for 218 (D. Clancy 89, Pollock 61), Canterbury replying with 158 (Mackie 41, Evans 31, McVinnie 29).
