Trilford and found that that payment - was prima facie evidence that Vuleta was interested in the horse. The committee therefore disqualified the owner of the hor-se, C. M. o’'Oonnor, thei trainer.'. STrilford, and the. horse for. twelve months.

The committee also considered an incident which occurred at the "meeting of the Ashburton County (Racing 'Club on December 3 and found CM, P. Corliss ) owner of Wise Choice, guilty of improper behaviour towards an official of the club and fined him £5.
