TITLE OF SENESCHAL TO HE ADOi-TE'D. LONDON, December 1. 'Mr Daniel Buckley, who succeeded Mr James McNeill as'Governor-General of the Irish I'Vee Stake, will not be known by that title, but as “Seneschal,” says the Dublin correspondent of “The Times.” This is an old French title for minor functionaries under a monarch and hitherto has not been used in Ireland.
