SINO-SOVIET RELATIONS. (Ur’ted Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Received 8.55 a.m.) LONDON, December 16. The “Times” Riga correspondent says that Soviet newspapers are commenting on the restoration of SovietChinese diplomatic relations, and emphasise the importance of Chinese cooperation with the Soviet in the Far East.
The “Pravda” also uses the occasion to review Communist activity in China, declaring that Red detachments were progressing greatly in various parts, and that the Chinese Communist party are mabilising the masses and rallying the whole of China for the overthrow of the Kuomintang and the establishment op a Soviet Government in China.
