MAN BRANDISHES REVOLVER.

WASHINGTON, December 13.
A man giving the - name of Martin Kemerer, from Allentown (Pennsylvania), stood up in the gal.eiy of the House of Representatives on Tuesday, and covering the floor with a revolver, with one foot oven the rail, lie waved the gun towards memhesfJ. Representatives looked" up, startled, and .some headed for the cloakrooms. “I want the floor ’for a few minutes,” the man shouted. He stood for a few moments waving the gun, and 'then Representative Melven Maas (Republican, Minnesota), walked across the
chamber directly below him and said: “Throw down that gun!” He pitched the gun to Mr Maas who Caught it. The police rushed into tho gallery, seizing the man, and the House resumed its proceedings.
