MILAN, December 11
The famous soprano, Toti Dal Monte is seeking a. legal separation from her husband, Enzo Demaru Lomanto. This announcement has caused surprise in Milan as the couple have been inseparable, always appearing in the same operas and at the same concerts. Toti recently refused an 'engagement because Lomanto had not been also engaged.

CONSTANTINOPLE, December 12. A remarkable instance of boyish vengeance occurred at Caesarea when a thirteen-year-old boy named Osman shot a man jiW released 'after ten years’ imprisonment, for killing Osman’s father. The boy then led to the hills.
